Shouldn’t the government be concerned about Internet addiction among the youth?

Computer addiction and Internet addiction are important concerns concerning the Filipino youth. Shouldn’t the government be doing something about these forms of addiction? In the United States, Americans are studying Internet addiction and considering it as an illness. With all the addicting stuff available online, such as sex games and other modes of entertainment, there is plenty of room for concern. What is the Philippine government doing about the growing concern of Internet addiction among the Filipino youth?
